How it works

A transparent fair-fee model.

The Fair Fee Index is our sliding-scale calculator. It scores your event across seven weighted factors and produces a fair fee range — never a black-box quote.

01
You send an enquiry

Tell us about the event, venue, date, budget signals and the style you're chasing.

02
We calculate a fair range

The Fair Fee Index produces a recommended fee range (min / recommended / premium) with the reasoning shown.

03
Smart matches

We shortlist artists by genre, tier fit, audience size and market — you and our agents see the same list.

04
Transparent quote

Artist fee, commission, travel, accom, production, hospitality and GST — all itemised on a single quote.

The seven factors

Each factor is scored 1–5 and weighted. The weighted average becomes the Fair Fee Index (0–1), which shifts the artist's base fee by up to ±30%.

FactorWeightHow we score it
Venue capacity20%Under 150 through 1,000+, scored 1–5.
Expected ticket sales15%Uses the lower of expected or maximum tickets.

Promoter inclusions10%Minimal through full production, transport and hospitality.
Tour routing15%Isolated date through efficient linked tour date.
The output is a range

We always show a minimum fair fee (recommended −5%), the recommended fee, and a premium fee (recommended +10%). Manual agent adjustments require a written reason and are visible to the promoter.

Direct costs are always separate

Travel, accommodation, production/backline, hospitality and GST are itemised on every quote — never hidden inside the performance fee.
